Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Naot footwear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Naot box and secure them inside a durable shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
